Before installation, please check the foundation condition: the plane difference of each installation point should be controlled within 3mm, the levelness of the same foundation should be controlled within 1mm/m, and the foundation bearing capacity should be greater than the range of the load cell.

1. Before installation, please check the preloading force of the mounting screw, if it is loose, please preload it before installation.

2. Before installing the module, please adjust the load plate to the horizontal state.

3. After the module is installed, loosen the nuts and tighten the studs.

4. If the above method is not possible, please adjust the module before installation, loosen the fibre screw by 2mm and tighten the nut and stud before installation.

5. Speak the stud and the lower bearing plate tightened, the nut will limit the screw and the stud locking, so that the limit screw to really achieve the limit, to prevent the purpose of the equipment overturned.

6. Cable colour marking (conventional sensor line marking, mainly based on the certificate of conformity line marking)

Note: In the process of equipment commissioning, if the angular deviation is too large, the instrument returns to zero poorly, the weight value is small or unchanged after loading weights, please check the module limit part of the impact of jamming or slight friction; check the peripheral hardware connection of the equipment with or without the influence of external forces.
